Horrible experience, swimming pool is dirty and not maintained. staff don't respond, Reception people are ignorant and they don't do room cleaning and maintenance. Bathrooms smell. Disappointing facts: 1)Ate breakfast here on the first day and decided to never eat anything here, it was terrible. 2) Also, we literally had to open the resort gate by ourselves when we came at 11pm, nobody was there to open. 3) When they cleaned our room, they simply swept the dust right outside our door. 4) When leaving, They were confused and struggling to calculate what the bill was.

I really want to share my experience of this resort.. Ambience very neatly maintained. Staffs were so friendly to us.. Since we couldn't enjoy more at the resort because it was raining the day but everyone there were so much friendly and they took care of us so much.. Everything is really good including the food they served. I wil visit again in coming days. The best place to enjoy and have fun with family.. Sugam Resort 💕

We visited on a one day outing, place is awesome with kids play area, trampoline etc. Washrooms can be maintained better definitely the one near the swimming pool. Food is ok for the cost, a gravy can be included since every menu was a dry item. swimming pool needs a major look it was greenish with algae floating. Outdoor and indoor games also available and maintained good. Service can be a little flexible we went with a group of 6 adults and requested a change or feeding room which was not provided and mention to take it additional cost of 3000

The cottage rooms are spacious and bathrooms are big and clean. The resort is very well planned with lots of things but some how lacks maintenance. The staff are good interactive and took care of concerns raised immediately. Food needs to be ordered ahead of time or can be ordered through zomato. since resort is lush garden with lots of trees, musquitos and lizards can be expected. please carry musquito repellent. If more emphasis is given on maintenance, would definitely give 5/5. now settling for 4/5

Went as part of our Rotary club activity. Google map was really helpful to reach the location. Huge and to an extent well maintained ! They have good sports activity options both indoor and outdoor. Swimming pool was pretty clean. Lot of green cover. Handling insects and ants, needs upgradation. Served hot tea. Only disappoint was Menu spread ( fixed ) and taste - more so for veg. Real fine tuning needed in my opinion. Snacks was good though. Overall, decent place for family and friends get together. Didnt use room, so not able to comment on the same.

We have booked day out with Sugam resort to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Very good place. Ambience was very nice. Limited variety of food with good taste. A special mention to owner Mr.Prashanth and staffs. Owner was very approachable and supportive. Staffs were very kind and cooperative. Over all we had a very good day spent with family and friends..!!

If you're visiting this place for swimming pool then it is not the place you're looking for... The staffs where very arrogant and the price is pretty high (150 per hr) while comparing to other pools , and the staffs working there not even giving a grace time of extra 5 mins . But the pool is pretty clean and the ambience is very good .

Had a good experience team outing in Sugam resort. Managers, Staff was friendly, attentive and cooperative. Perfect place for Birthday/Family function, Team outing, hangout with friends 👍
